Delete your AtPigeon account

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your AtPigeon account. Use the subject “AtPigeon account deletion”.
2. Tell us that you want your account and associated data deleted. Identify the mailbox or domain concerned. Do not send your password, recovery codes or message contents.
3. We will verify that you control the account and respond within one month. If you cannot access the registered email address, contact the same address for help with verification.

What is deleted

The request covers your account profile and sign-in data, and the mailboxes, messages, attachments and aliases associated with the account that you are authorized to delete. If your mailbox belongs to a team or organization, its administrator may need to authorize deletion of organization-controlled data. Tell us if you want to keep the account and request deletion of specific personal data instead.

Retention and exceptions

The following retention periods from our Privacy Policy apply. We will explain any legal obligation that prevents immediate deletion in our response.

Mailbox content

Deleted messages remain in Trash for the period set on your domain (30 days by default), then are permanently removed.

Closed domains

A 30-day grace period after closure, followed by deletion.

Security and operational logs

Up to 12 months.

Billing records

Up to 7 years where tax law requires retention.

Support correspondence

Up to 24 months after closure.

Removing the app from your phone does not delete your AtPigeon account or the mail stored for it. For questions about a request, email [email protected].
